Divine - (adj) "emanating from God"
I am such a journey person.
And the journey of the spirit has been a huge part of my walking in
life. From the frustrating and flailing to the synergistic and
supernatural - it's been quite a process of giving up the convenience
of conventional judgments so that I can walk in the greatest revelation
I've ever known...
God is Love.
With that as the foundation, I have been building a life of true joy, peace and freedom.
My heart is to share that with your heart.
Welcome to the 'divine'.

My message is simple:
A God of love, who created us in love, carries us and keeps us in love.
It's all about love.
While the message is simple, the stories are amazing (yes, really) and
the insights turn you upside down and shake the spiritual change out of
your pockets.
I've been on traditional and unconventional paths and they all have had
a valuable impact in my life - I don't disregard or resent any of them.
There's power in embracing where I've been as an essential part of
being where I am now. No regrets. It's a journey. Living life in the
"land of not knowing" as I call it, is an important thing to grasp.
Much of life is in that category - 'not knowing'. How will we live?
Anxiously, agressively, fearfully or is there a possibility for peace,
joy and a vibrant abandon while we are still in a state of "I have no
clue what's going on?" The answer is yes.
My messages are about walking into peace and living in a state of
light-heartedness and wonder. Like a child, who experiences life
deeply, we can be in that place, too. And yes, with the added benefits
of our experience and age. And yes, without the hindrances of our
narrow judgments and fearful assesments.

My approach to spiritual direction/counseling is this: Let's start with
right now, where you are and we'll take it from there. There isn't a
lot of naval gazing and looking to the past. In the times when we have
to glance back, it's for discovery -- not for blame. The sessions are
simple and profound and freedom is often acquired quickly.

Common Ground is the non-profit organization that Rocky and I started.
It's about meeting people and making a difference in their lives. In
this season, we are carrying out our mission in this way:
Feeding hungry hearts - offering sound and effective spiritual direction
Feeding hungry lives - addressing the issue of malnutrition in children
and providing a food-source to restore health around the world.
